We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

Cardio Kickboxing with Matt - A group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Essential Fitness with AnnElyse -  A combination of belt driven equipment, hand-held weights, resistance bands and aerobics.  Easy to follow; short intervals of aerobics and resistance training, targets fat loss, muscle building and heart-lung fitness.  Perfect for those new to group classes.

Spin Craze with Barbie  - A Heart pumping, Motivating workout, formatted for any fitness level! You control the resistance to make your ride as leisurely or as intense as you choose. Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great way to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride!

Tranquil Yoga with AnnElyse - Gentle, restorative class; suitable for all fitness levels. Come experience a transformation and realize a deep sense of satisfaction as you transform you body and mind. 

U Jam with Laticia - An athletic urban dance fitness workout that combines dance and high energy music for a workout that is bound to get your heart rate up, your body moving, and make you work up a sweat -- all while having FUN! U-Jam is more than a fitness class: it's an exhilarating experience that makes you forget you're working out. United we Jam!

Zumba with Emilee -  A Latin inspired, easy to follow, dance fitness program for all fitness levels. It leaves you invigorated, refreshed, and full of life. Some of the music included:  hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included. Great fun while burning calories! 

Latin Fitness Party with Leticia -  A combination of targeted body sculpting exercises and high energy Latin dance routines - with occasional African Dance or Bellydancing added for variety and excitement.  Latin Fitness includes a blend of Latin and American music and is a fun and invigorating way to burn calories, sculpt your body, and learn new dance moves for all fitness levels!

Water Weights/Aerobics Class - Spend a little time in the cool pool during these hot summer days! Half of the class will be devoted to using weights specially designed for pool use; the other half will be designed to get that heart pumping!
