We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

A variety of classes are offered at Red Bluff Health & Fitness throughout the year & may vary by description & availability.



ESSENTIAL FITNESS - A combination of belt-driven equipment, hand-held weights, resistance bands, and aerobics.  Easy to follow with short intervals of aerobics and resistance training. Targets fat loss, muscle building, and heart-lung fitness.

 LATIN FITNESS DANCE - Easy to follow dance fitness routines that include aerobic and toning interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. A fun way to exercise and learn dance moves.

TRANQUIL YOGA - A gentle, restorative class suitable for all fitness levels. Come experience a transformation and realize a deep sense of satisfaction as you transform your body and mind.

 U-JAM - An athletic urban dance fitness workout that combines dance and high-energy music for a workout that is bound to get your heart rate up, your body moving, and make you work up a sweat -- all while having FUN! U-Jam is more than a fitness class; it's an exhilarating experience that makes you forget you're working out. United we Jam!

 WATER WEIGHTS / AEROBICS - (Summer only, beginning in June) Spend a little time in the cool pool during these hot mornings!  Half the class will be devoted to using weights specially designed for pool use; the other half will be designed to get that heart pumping!
